The modernization of the manufacturing plant in the town of Peshtera and the current needs of the administration necessitates the erection of a new corporative building complying with the requirements for contemporary office environment with inspiring modern vision reflecting the high-technology and innovative spirit of the company.

Concept:
The project was assigned following a competition organized by the contractor in 2010. The erection of the building started at the end of 2014. The concept of the project is to combine in an intelligent way the best construction practices and modern technologies and to be consistent with the surrounding high-technology production environment. The building is located in the distinguished organizational center of the plant and is completely exposed to the surrounding urban environment.
