Atelier Serafimov

We are an architectural, engineering, urban planning and design company, founded by the partners Tanko Serafimov, Vania Serafimova and Radomir Serafimov. The company was established in 1990 to meet the requirements of the new free market and is one of the largest private architectural companies in Bulgaria.

The Atelier has worked on a wide variety of designs such as cultural, educational and health facility buildings, sports facilities, banking, office, conference and retail centers, industrial buildings and wаrеhouses, hotels, residential buildings, houses and many others.

The team consists of more than 30 dedicated employees – architects and structural engineers, and over 100 associated engineers, consultants and companies.

ASA has been certified in conformance with EN ISO 9001:2015, EN ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
We use licensed BIM software and state-of-the-art tech equipment.

Radomir Serafimov

Co-founder, CEO & Lead Architect
With 25 years of practice in architectural design, arch. Serafimov, alone and in a team, participated in 17 national competitions, as a result of which he was awarded 17 first prizes. Among his implemented projects are metro stations, logistics bases, administrative and cultural buildings.
Jivko Traikov

Associated Partner, Lead Architect
Arch. Zhivko Traykov is part of the team of “Atelier Serafimov Architects” since 2003, he has over 20 years of experience in the design and implementation of a wide range of properties – public, commercial, industrial and residential.
Ivaylo Mladenov

Associated Partner, Lead Architect
Arch. Ivo Mladenov has a Master of Architecture is with over 20 years of professional experience. He has been part of the team of “Atelier Serafimov Architects” since 2006 and has participated in the design of a number of significant buildings.
Kremena Nikolova

Architect, Project Manager
Arch. Kremena Nikolova is a Master of Architecture, graduated in 2016 from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy - Sofia, Department of Residential Buildings. Part of the team of "Atelier Serafimov Architects" since the same year, she participated in the design of a number of public, office and residential buildings.
Julian Popov

Surveyor
Graduated in Geodesy from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy - Sofia and has over 15 years of experience in the design and implementation of buildings with various purposes. He has been working in the team of "Atelier Serafimov Architects" since 2006. Julian is a specialist with deep knowledge in the field of spatial planning, geodetic surveys and urban development.
