Atelier Serafimov

We are an architectural, engineering, urban planning and design company, found by the partners Tanko Serafimov, Vania Serafimova and Radomir Serafimov. The company was established in 1990 to meet the requirements of the new free market and is one of the largest private architectural companies in Bulgaria.

Our projects range from one of the largest developments in Bulgaria – to smallest commissions such as individual houses for private clients.

The Atelier has worked on a wide variety of designs such as cultural, educational and health facility buildings, sports facilities, banking, office, conference and retail centers, industrial buildings and wаrеhouses, hotels, residential buildings, houses and many others. 

Our Clients range from significant investment companies, funds and financial institutions, municipal and national companies to private clients.

The team consists of more than 30 dedicated employees –  architects and structural engineers, and over 100 associated engineers, consultants and companies.

ASA has been certified in conformance with EN ISO 9001:2015, EN ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
We use licensed BIM software and state-of-the-art tech equipment.
